Every project is unique which means that providing a one-size fits all fee isn’t realistic. To help you plan your budget, here is a breakdown of my fees.

Your initial consultation is free of charge.
You pay a one-off registration fee to secure my services as your buying agent or rental agent.
I keep things simple; you pay an agreed percentage of the purchase price, payable on exchange of contracts.
This popular service is charged at the equivalent to one month’s rent, payable once you have signed the rental agreement.
