I’ve lived locally for over 40 years which means I know the area like the back of my hand! This knowledge and deep familiarity mean I can advise you on the very best places to live. I’ll tell you about the best schools to consider, the best spots to commute from and the best family amenities. I’m well-connected to local estate agents, so I’m able to draw on my huge network to find you the best possible options.

You won’t pay more than you need to with me by your side. As well as having my finger on the pulse of local values, I’m very experienced at negotiating the best price and terms for you. Many of my clients save at least the value of my fee in negotiated price reductions.
